Heavy-duty alloy base arrived well packed and the height adjustability is a lifesaver for my back, but be careful not to overtighten the screws as the base can strip if forced. Otherwise, a solid upgrade from my old pad.
Good cushioning for seated cruising but the metal fins are a bit difficult to align properly by myself, so I called citizen for help before attaching it. Seat is very comfortable but shipping was slow for the first day.
The seat attachment is really sturdy and the dual coil springs feel great on rough LMV roads, making long rides much more comfortable. However, I wish the price was a bit lower as it is significantly more expensive than standard floor seats.
Very happy with this seat upgrade! It makes the YUME S10 much more comfortable for long trips in the rain.
