Our used HX X7 has undergone rigorous testing to ensure a minimum of 85% battery capacity, whereas the new model would have a full warranty battery. Additionally, the used model comes with a 3-month certified pre-owned warranty, whereas the new model would have a standard manufacturer warranty.
