The smart BMS integration works perfectly on the Air Lite, balancing the cells better than any aftermarket pack I've tried before. It took a few weeks to get it delivered after placing the order, but once installed, my pedal-assist range is back to normal. worth the wait even at this price. 5 stars

I bought this pack through their showroom in Shah Alam, and while the alloy seat tube feels solid, the current stock situation in Singapore is really frustrating. I keep getting calls only to be told it's out of stock again when I just wanted to restore my commute range quickly. 3 stars

The battery looks exactly like the original for my ADO Air 20, and since it's genuine 36V VRLA, I trust it won't damage the electric bike like cheap replacements. However, calling the WhatsApp number to reserve one always takes a long time, and when it finally arrives, the price of RM1,550 is quite steep. 4 stars
