Unfortunately, there's a big issue with the product, the battery drains very quickly. In use, the battery does not last more than a single hour after continuous use in short duration.

Another concern is that I struggle to get a good seal, the headset feels very tight over my head and has led to ear damage and discomfort. The padding in the headset is also very thin, I use a thicker wrap to comfort my ear.
