   I’m thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received when trying to troubleshoot an issue with my external battery. Despite being a loyal customer, I was met with unhelpful responses and long wait times. The product itself is great, but the support leaves much to be desired.

   What a game-changer! This external battery has taken my Ji-Move MC experience to the next level. I was skeptical at first, but it’s genuinely increased my ride distance by a significant margin. The instructions were easy to follow, and installation was a breeze. Well worth the investment!

   I’m thoroughly impressed with this external battery! It’s easy to install and has significantly extended my ride distance. The build quality is top-notch, and I love that it’s compatible with my Ji-Move MC. My only minor gripe is that the charging cable could be a bit longer – but overall, I’m extremely satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

   I’ve been using this external battery for a few weeks now, and I’m blown away by its performance! It’s charged my Ji-Move MC multiple times without any issues, and the quality is superb. My only question is – would it be possible to create a more compact design?

   I’m still on the fence about this external battery – it’s performed well so far, but I’m not entirely convinced it was worth the investment. The price is a bit steep for what you get, in my opinion. Still, it has its uses and might be perfect for someone with specific needs.
