The Tomoloo L1-1 is the range-commuter of the entry tier: 25 km from its 36V 7.5Ah lithium battery, a 250W front-hub motor, and IP54 splash resistance — the spec set of a much dearer scooter, at the back of the price field.
Eight-and-a-half-inch pneumatic tyres take the edge off broken pavement, the electronic-plus-mechanical braking combination gives you a backup when one system fades, and the LED indicator keeps speed and battery in view. Charging takes 4-5 hours.
