Unfortunately, my ADO Air 20 Pro has been having some issues with the motor cutting out randomly – it’s really frustrating when that happens! However, we do recommend users exercise caution when folding the bike, ensuring not to apply excessive stress on the pedal assist components. As for hilly terrain, our customers have reported satisfactory performance with the Air 20 Pro, especially in ‘Moped Mode’ with high level of pedal assist. The bike’s geared hub motor provides sufficient power to tackle moderate inclines. Nevertheless, we recommend riders to adjust their expectations according to their fitness level and terrain.
