I’ve had my ADO Air 20 Pro for a few months now, and I’m still loving the daily commutes to work. The adjustable suspension fork is a game-changer – it’s so nice to have that extra bit of cushioning on bumpy roads. My only question is: what’s the maximum speed limit in terms of safety features? Regarding your question about the maximum speed limit and safety features, our e-bike’s top speed is capped at 35 km/h (22 mph) when not loaded, as specified in the product specification. There isn’t an automatic cut-off at 25 km/h, but our bike does have a built-in system that gradually reduces power output as you approach the maximum speed to ensure safe riding. Additionally, our e-bike is designed with safety features such as hydraulic disc brakes and a robust braking system to help you stop safely when needed. Unfortunately, my ADO Air 20 Pro has been having some issues with the motor cutting out randomly – it’s really frustrating when that happens! I’ve tried restarting it a few times, but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Hopefully the manufacturer can look into this and provide a fix soon. Still, I love the overall design and comfort of the bike.
