However, like all electronics, prolonged exposure to water is not advisable. While it can withstand light rain, it is important not to let it soak in the rain or ride it through deep puddles. To extend the life of your E-bike, it’s recommended to store it in a dry place when not in use. Please note that in the event of damages due to water/moisture, the warranty may not cover it. Ride safe!

Regarding the battery’s runtime, it is dependent on several factors including the weight of the rider, assist mode, riding style, and terrain. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to provide an exact runtime without this information. Please note, however, our E-bikes are designed to provide a decent runtime under normal usage

Hello Siti Fatimah, Thank you for your inquiry about our Alps S7DR 2023 Foldable Electric Bicycle. The warranty covers 1 year (carry-in) under normal usage and 6 month for the battery. However, it does not include wear & tear and consumable parts, not limited to tyres, brake pads, chain, sprockets. Damages due to water/moisture, accident, misuse are not covered.
