Hello Emily, thank you for your question about the CarboAero 2.0 Electric Scooter! Charging the scooter is relatively easy. To charge the battery, simply plug in the charger to a wall outlet and connect it to the scooter’s charging port. The scooter will indicate when the charging process is complete. As for replacing the batteries, we recommend doing so every 12-18 months or as needed, depending on usage. Please refer to our user manual for detailed instructions.
