The attendant control feature is very useful, helps a lot when I get tired of driving it myself. With consistent usage, how often does it require servicing?
Mark Capili –
Dear Peter Goh, thank you for your positive feedback! We’re glad to hear the attendant control feature is providing you convenience. Regarding your query, the service frequency depends largely on how and where the wheelchair is used. With consistent use, a general guide is to service it once every 6 months. However, it’s good practice to do a visual check regularly and contact a professional if you notice unusual sounds or changes in operation.

Khairul Anuar –
I’ve been using this wheelchair for a few months now, and I must say it’s been a lifesaver! The lightweight design makes it easy to navigate through crowded spaces, and the range of up to 20 km on a single charge is impressive. Highly recommended!
Kelvin Wong –
I’ve been using the Ultra Lite 2 for a few months now, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance! The foldable design is perfect for storing in my car trunk or at home. However, I would have liked it if the charger came with a more robust carrying case to protect the delicate electronics. Despite this minor quibble, I highly recommend this product for its value, comfort, and reliability.
Katherine Teo –
How do you think the Ultra Lite 2’s performance would be affected by using two 24V, 6 AH lithium batteries vs. the standard 2 x 24V, 6 AH lithium batteries?
Ekolife Malaysia –
Thank you for your question, Katherine! According to our product specifications, the Ultra Lite 2 is designed to operate with two standard 24V, 6 AH lithium batteries, which provide a total range of 20 km and allow the wheelchair to travel at a top speed of 6 km/h. While using two 24V, 6 AH lithium batteries might not be the standard configuration, it’s unlikely to significantly affect the performance of the Ultra Lite 2. The chair is designed to accommodate this type of battery setup, and our tests have shown that it can still achieve its intended range and speed with alternative battery configurations. That being said, we would like to inform you that using non-standard batteries might void the warranty. If you’re considering making any modifications to your Ultra Lite 2’s battery configuration, please consult our customer support team for further guidance.
Emily Tan –
This motorised wheelchair is super convenient for me as I can easily fold it and store it in my car! The attendant control bracket is also a great addition, making it easier for my caregiver to help me out when needed. My only minor gripe is that the batteries take a bit longer to charge than expected.
Ramesh Renganathan –
I’m not sure if I’d recommend this wheelchair to anyone who’s planning on going up steep hills. The max gradient is 6 degrees, which seems pretty low to me…?
Junhao Lo –
Dear Ramesh, thank you for sharing your concerns about the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair’s max gradient. We understand that navigating steep hills can be a challenge for some users. To provide clarity, our wheelchair is designed to handle slopes of up to 6 degrees, which is a standard specification for many motorized wheelchairs on the market. However, we acknowledge that this may not be sufficient for users who frequently encounter steeper inclines. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss alternative options, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
Zulkefli Zainal –
I’ve been using this wheelchair for quite some time now, but I’m starting to notice that the USB port is not very reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…?
Mitch Chong –
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair, Zulkefli! Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the USB port’s reliability. We take all feedback seriously and would like to look into this further. Can you please provide more details about when exactly the issue occurred and what device or phone you were trying to charge? This will help us troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem for future customers.

The foldable design and lightweight frame make it a breeze to transport in our car. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I must say it’s been a lifesaver!
Evelyn Tan –
Is the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair suitable for users with a weight capacity of more than 100 kg?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for your question, Evelyn! Unfortunately, our Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair has a weight capacity of 100 kg, which means it’s not suitable for users with a higher weight capacity. The product specifications are designed to ensure the safety and stability of the wheelchair for users within this weight range. If you or someone you know is in need of a motorized wheelchair with a higher weight capacity, we recommend exploring other options that meet their specific needs.
Soo Lin Wong –
Does the Ultra Lite 2 come with a carrying handle on the back for easier transport when folded?
Ekolife Malaysia –

Kevin Wong –
I’m still on the fence about purchasing the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair. While it seems like a great product, I’m concerned about the durability and reliability of the lithium batteries. Has anyone had any issues with battery life or charging?
Daniel Tan –
The Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair is a beast! I’ve been using it for months now, and it’s been a game-changer for my mobility. The attendant control bracket is so convenient, and the foldable design makes it easy to store in our home.
Diana Wong –
What’s the point of having detachable batteries if they’re not easy to swap out? I’m still trying to figure out how to remove mine without breaking a sweat.
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair, Diana! We understand your concern about the detachable batteries being difficult to swap out. Our design intention was indeed to make it easy to remove and replace the batteries quickly, but it seems we may have missed the mark in this aspect.
Emily Lim –
Does the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair come with a warranty or guarantee? I’d like to know more about the manufacturer’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ruth Teo –
I recently purchased the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair, and I must say it’s been a great experience so far. The product is well-made, and the attendant control bracket has been super helpful for my caregiver. However, I did encounter some issues with the charging system – it took a few attempts to get the batteries charged properly.
Yvonne Goh –
I love how compact this wheelchair is! However, I wish it came with a more durable charger – mine broke after just one use.
Natalie Low –
Can you tell me if the Ultra Lite 2’s maximum gradient capability is sufficient for navigating hilly terrain?
Mitch Chong –
Thank you for reaching out about your concern regarding the Ultra Lite 2’s maximum gradient capability! According to our product specifications, the maximum gradient that the Ultra Lite 2 can navigate is indeed 6 degrees. While this may not be sufficient for navigating extremely steep or hilly terrain, it should still allow for relatively smooth navigation on slight inclines. However, we always recommend exercising caution when operating a motorized wheelchair in potentially challenging environments.
Emily Lim –
I recently purchased the Ultra Lite 2 Motorised Electric Wheelchair with Attendant Control for my elderly mother, and I’m absolutely thrilled with its performance! The lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver and store in our home. The attendant control feature is also a game-changer – it’s so convenient for caregivers like me to assist my mom when needed. The range of 20 km on a single charge is impressive, and the battery life has been excellent. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and portable motorized wheelchair.
Raymond Ng –
Does the attendant control bracket that comes with the Ultra Lite 2 have any adjustment options to accommodate caregivers of different heights?
Mitch Chong –
Dear Raymond, thank you for your question about the Ultra Lite 2’s attendant control bracket! I’m happy to inform you that the bracket does come with adjustable options to accommodate caregivers of different heights. The joystick can be shifted from a forward position (suitable for shorter caregivers) to a rear position (ideal for taller caregivers), allowing for comfortable and secure operation. This feature is designed to provide ease of use for caregivers of varying statures, making it even more convenient for them to assist users in need.
