Ethereal Swift D8 Gen 2 foldable bicycle is one of the first magnesium alloy frame folding bike available in Singapore. Magnesium alloy is about 30% lighter than standard aluminum frame, bringing the unladen weight of the bike down to merely 11.9kg.
The futuristic design of the frame comes with zero welding mark and is modulus with various future upgrades and compatibility of alternate parts, making it extremely versatile and adaptive.
As the successor to the former Swift D8 Gen 1, rider will enjoy a smoother shifting experience with the new Shimano Hyper-Glide 8 speed cassette along with the Shimano Altus groupset. Retaining Swift’s dual disc brake system by Zoom, rider will be able to respond to quick halts in a safe manner.
The ergonomic design of the frame with lower center-of-gravity helps to improve the bike’s stability, increasing its sturdiness and also allows the rider to easily mount and dismount with lower cross-over height.

As with all bikes, it’s recommended to check your bike before each ride – tires, brakes, and gear shifting. A full service, including checking all bolts and screws, cleaning and oiling the chain, and checking the brake pads, should be done every 3-6 months. However, this may vary depending on how often and under what conditions you use your bike. Please make sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for individual parts.
