   I was initially skeptical about buying a used e-bike, but the ORCA has exceeded my expectations! The bike is well-maintained, and the previous owner took great care of it. My only minor complaint is that the chain could be slightly quieter.

   What drew me to the ORCA was its eco-friendly credentials, and I’m glad to say it doesn’t disappoint! The bike is well-built, and the Samsung battery is a reliable choice. My only concern is that the tires could be slightly more durable, but overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Prolonging battery life is a great question – one tip we can offer is to avoid extreme temperatures when charging or storing the bike.    I’m thoroughly impressed with the ORCA’s performance! The battery life is exceptional, and I can easily ride for hours without worrying about running out of juice. The comfortable seat and sturdy frame make it a joy to ride, even on rough terrain. I only deduct a star because the brakes could be slightly more responsive, but overall, this bike is a great value.

   What I love about the ORCA is its versatility! Whether I’m commuting to work or taking a leisurely ride on the weekends, it’s always up for the task. My only concern is that the bike could benefit from slightly better visibility at night.

To maintain optimal battery life, we recommend charging the Samsung 17.5Ah battery between 20% and 80% capacity whenever possible. Avoiding letting it drop to 0% or stay at 100% for extended periods can help prolong its overall lifespan. Additionally, keep in mind that regular cleaning of the bike’s components and avoiding extreme temperatures can also contribute to a healthy battery life.
