I’m seriously impressed. The build quality feels solid and premium, with a sturdy frame and smooth finish. It’s easy to fold and carry, which is great for commuting or storing in small spaces.

Performance-wise, it delivers as promised. Acceleration is smooth, and the top speed is more than enough for urban riding. The battery life is excellent—I consistently get around 25–30 km per charge depending on terrain and speed.

Braking is responsive, and the suspension absorbs bumps fairly well for its size. The display is clear, and the controls are intuitive, even for beginners.

Overall, this e-scooter offers great value for money. Reliable, fun to ride, and perfect for short to medium distance travel. Highly recommended for city commuters or casual riders.

Went to the shop to have a look at the E-Tricycle that my Dad wanted. Ms. Fiza attended to us all the time since day 1. Patiently explaining everything and let us test ride the tricycle . Very attentive and responsive. Superb service. Ms Fiza managed to get us the special promo price which had been expired months ago and gave us a free helmet. She even arranged to deliver the E-Tricycle to outstation (Pahang) for us. They posted a new set of rim caps to us when it was damaged during transportation. Nice experience with her and at the shop. Worth a visit there and many E-Bike choices to choose from. Plan to get a foldable e-bike from them next. Good experience.

Had a great experience with Eko Life Malaysia. Jun, Arnold, Fika and Jun Yuan were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole journey seamless and enjoyable. You can tell they’re passionate and experienced in what they do. Truly an excellent team.

Highly recommended to visit this store if you’re looking for a bike. Also, they’re into scuba diving gears as well 🤿🚲

I have a great experience here..just bought my first ebike used condition jimove mc pro..all the staff here super friendly and help me a lot with my question..everything I ask them they will answer very good..the staff also very kind always offer us drinking water and they also give info about the ebike like how to charge the battery and how to maintain the battery..they also do maintaining service for every ebike..and they sometime bring ebike from Singapore to malaysia and sell as used condition..that's all and thank you

Thanks to Eko Life especially Arnold for the wonderful and friendly customer services. They explained in details to me as a first time ebike user which make me at ease. They also give special discount and free gift even though it’s not during promotional period. The Ado A20 Air feel such a breeze to use couple with all kinds of added supports for more enjoyable ride. Really recommend Eko Life to those looking for variety of ebikes to choose from at competitive price. They’re very informative and helpful in entertaining enquiries from new or existing customers efficiently.

Great range of electric scooters and bicycles. Most of all is the awesome service provided. The seller was not pushy at all, patiently explains how to use my escooter properly, and allows trial runs outside different road conditions before buying. Also, very kind of them to add in some freebies and discounts too for the festive season. I definitely recommend this place!

Found them on Google, webpage looks legit so decided to come over to the shop ..They were very friendly in assiting me to try diff bikes 😊 outside of the shop has a great compound to test drive, bought one immediately, no need to research else where and that explain all hahaha.. U can just park downstairs at valet parking so easier to carry ur new bike home weeeeee so excited for my new bike! They have 1 year warantee and free 3 months service too, so is good to buy in shop rather than buying from those only selling on website, after service is very important for those looking for ebike 👍😊

7. Can handle a little rain

Bought the Yume S10 recently and it is really fun to ride on. It has front and rear suspension and brakes. 3 speed modes, gear 1 at 16km/h, gear 2 at 30km/h and gear 3 at 50km/h. The suspension is very smooth when riding on asphalt roads, and the brakes function flawlessly. The scooter can easily get to 40km in a single charge, maybe even more. 100% recommended for new riders.

The best shop. The staff are all very knowledgeable, good at explaining the features of the scooter. Very friendly and understanding customers. I brought a scooter after a few explanations and trials. Oh, yes you can test ride in front of the store. But need to take note, not all have stock so if you already know the scooter you want, better contact the shop first and ask about stock. Overall, I am very satisfied ??

Just went to the store earlier and let's just say, I reaaaally love the services that you guys provide! The staffs there are so chill and also helpful in providing information to their customers. I feel at ease most of the time as they are very approachable and I'm thankful for that as I tend to be a little bit shy hahaha. Anyways, they can provide recommendations based on your type of usage or needs. They will also let you know some of the pros and cons some of their products which I appreciate a lot.

In addition to all that, they allow the testing of their products so that you can get the feel of each type of item.

Conclusion:
Great customer service, great prices and quite the variety of products.
I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you wish to look for E-scooters, E-bikes and more.

P.S they provide services for like repairs as well.

After searching at Guggul, I visited an electric scooter shop located in Ara Damansara to purchase an electric scooter for my child to go to school or meet friends. Thank you to Mr Jun for entertaining us. Our earlier intention was just to buy a scooter for our 11-year-old daughter, but we ended up buying a Mobot scooter that is way better for the whole family! Affordable price, a great explanation by Mr Jun and we got to try the scooter around the area. He also managed to persuade my daughter to try out a bigger scooter and he nailed it! Hahaha~

Starting price at ~RM1600 and we bought a bit higher spec at RM2060 for our convenience. The shop is located on Level 1 so you guys have to climb up the stairs or take the lift.

They have a wide range of scooters and bikes. So, I strongly recommend this place for you to find your preferred scooter ?

The shop staffs were very kind, supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. We were lucky to buy the Fiido Q1S with some discount with their Chinese New Year special offer. Would definitely recommend visiting this shop, they have stylish e-scooters and let you try riding them. It suddenly reminded of a fond memory of happiness riding a bike when I was a kid.

If you're looking for electric bicycle or electric scooter or even a normal bicycle, I would recommend you to come and check this place out. They have great selection of bicycle and scooter. One more thing that worth mentioning is, the sales girl is amazing. We spent hours in stores trying out the bikes and she is so nice and extremely patient with us.
