Mobot
E-bikes, e-scooters and FLEXI mobility aids across one MY brand.
Mobot in Malaysia covers e-bikes, e-scooters, and FLEXI mobility aids. External battery support, used units, and a full parts catalog.
EXPLORE ALL MODELSMobot in Malaysia covers e-bikes, e-scooters, and FLEXI mobility aids. External battery support, used units, and a full parts catalog.
EXPLORE ALL MODELSMobot is the brand we recommend for households covering more than one mobility need. The same PJ workshop services a daily commuter’s Leader e-bike, an apartment rider’s L1-1 e-scooter, and a family member’s FLEXI 4th Gen mobility aid. Instead of three different brands with three different service channels, one workshop handles all three, with parts and trained familiarity across the line.
The Leader’s external battery is available as a stand-alone SKU in MY — a Leader owner who needs more range can add the second pack without buying a new e-bike. The used unit program covers ORCA, Dynamic, Leader, and S3 used models in our current stock, giving first-time Mobot owners a real second-hand entry point. Both paths reduce the friction of buying or upgrading a Mobot.
The TriMA sub-line (Freedom 5S, Dynamic Mini 16 Inch) is part of the Mobot family and shares the same service channel. The parts catalog covers the tires, rims, throttles, frames, chargers, and external batteries that keep Mobot and TriMA models running across years. A Mobot owner whose tire finally wore out doesn’t have to scrap the e-bike — they can swap the part and keep riding.
The model we recommend for daily commuter riders who want the Ultra’s blend of range, comfort, and value. Full specs and pricing live on the product page — what matters for the brand story is that the Ultra sits at the top of the Mobot e-bike line, with the Leader and ORCA as the established options below it.
The Leader remains the most popular e-bike in the line — the model with the external battery support that defines the upgrade path. See the for full specs.

Mobot is the broadest single-brand service profile in our workshop — e-bikes, e-scooters, and FLEXI mobility aids all flow through the same PJ service bench. Leader e-bike external battery installations and ORCA Samsung 17.5Ah (48V) pack swaps are routine, while the TriMA sub-line (Freedom 5S, Dynamic Mini) keeps the rim, charger, and tyre work close at hand. FLEXI 4th Gen 3-wheel and FLEXI PRIME 4-wheel PMA mobility aids get the same controller, throttle, and battery diagnostics as the two-wheeler range — a single workshop handles the whole Mobot brief.
Common service categories we run on Mobot:

– ORCA Samsung 17.5Ah (48V) battery service
– L1-1 e-scooter throttle, frame assembly, and motor service
– Freedom 5S rim, charger, and tire service (TriMA sub-line)
– Dynamic Mini 16 Inch drive and brake service
– FLEXI 4th Gen 3-wheel and FLEXI PRIME 4-wheel PMA service — controller, throttle, battery diagnostics

I bought the Leader for my daily commute from Subang to KL. After a year I wanted more range, and the team at Eko Life PJ installed the external battery in under an hour. I didn’t need to upgrade the whole e-bike — I just added the second pack. That kind of modular upgrade is why I’m staying with Mobot.
My mother needed a mobility aid after a fall. The FLEXI 4th Gen was the right balance of stability and indoor maneuverability for our PJ home. The team walked us through the controls in person and made sure my mother was comfortable before we took it home. Same workshop that services my own L1-1 e-scooter — that consistency matters.
I picked up a used ORCA as my first e-bike. After six months I knew I wanted a longer-range model, and the team gave me a fair trade-in quote against an Ultra. The upgrade path within the same brand made the second purchase easy.
That depends on what you need it for. For a daily commuter e-bike, the Leader is the proven pick with the external battery support, and the Ultra sits at the top of the line. The ORCA (Samsung 17.5Ah, 48V) is the established mid-range. The Dynamic Mini 16 Inch is the compact option. For an apartment-friendly e-scooter, the L1-1, Speed Mini 5S, or EV Mini are the established formats. For a family member who needs assisted mobility, the FLEXI 4th Gen 3-wheel and FLEXI PRIME 4-wheel are the dedicated PMA options. See the individual product pages for full specs and pricing.
Yes. The Leader external battery is available as a stand-alone SKU in MY, and our PJ workshop can install it. The second pack gives you extended range without replacing the e-bike — the modular upgrade path that defines the Leader line.
TriMA is a sub-line of the Mobot family, covering the Freedom 5S and the Dynamic Mini 16 Inch. TriMA models share the Mobot service channel and parts ecosystem — a TriMA owner is a Mobot owner for service and support purposes.
Yes. We stock the L1-1 throttle, frame assembly, and motor components in MY. Bring your L1-1 to our Ara Damansara workshop and we can diagnose and quote on the spot. Out-of-warranty service is available for every Mobot generation we have ever stocked.
Yes. The FLEXI line covers the PMA category: the FLEXI 4th Gen is a 3-wheel mobility aid, and the FLEXI PRIME is a 4-wheel option. Both are designed for users who need a stable, low-speed daily aid for indoor-to-outdoor transitions. For product-by-product specs, see the FLEXI product pages.
The Mobot S3, W3, and the various FLEXI mobility-aid generations show up most often on the used market. Each generation uses a slightly different controller firmware, so we tag every used Mobot with the firmware revision on the assessment sheet — important because some second-hand units were sold with firmware that limited range or throttle response, which can be reverted in-house.
No — Mobot uses its own battery pack design across the S3, W3, and the e-bike line. The pack is serviceable: individual cells can be replaced if one fails early, which is much cheaper than replacing the whole pack. Our workshop stocks the matching cell SKU for each Mobot generation we’ve sold.
Yes — we keep one e-scooter (the S-series) and one e-bike (the W-series) on the test bench at any time. The Ara Damansara outlet has a short loop that works for both. For FLEXI mobility aids, the demo is in-store rather than on-road, because the units are designed for indoor / pavement use.
The Mobot e-bike line uses a chain drivetrain that needs lubrication every 300–500 km in Malaysian conditions — chain lube wears off faster in the heat and dust than in temperate climates. We do a chain clean, re-lube, and drivetrain inspection as part of the standard 6-month service. Skipping it accelerates cassette and chainring wear.
We occasionally accept trade-ins toward new purchases — depends on model, condition, and current stock. Bring the e-bike or e-scooter in for an assessment and we’ll quote on the spot. Trade-in is a real path within the Mobot line-up, supported by the same parts and service ecosystem.
Mobot’s place in our Malaysian line-up is breadth. Most brands specialise in one form factor — a scooter line, an e-bike line, or a mobility-aid line. Mobot runs all three under the same brand and the same service channel. The e-bike family runs from the entry Dynamic Mini 16 Inch through to the Leader and the Ultra; the e-scooter line covers apartment-friendly formats like the L1-1 and Speed Mini 5S, mid-range like the Knight GT and Scooty F1K, and heavier-use models like the Xtreme X4S; the FLEXI PMA range addresses the caregiver category with 3-wheel (FLEXI 4th Gen) and 4-wheel (FLEXI PRIME) options.
The TriMA sub-line is part of the Mobot family — the Freedom 5S and the Dynamic Mini 16 Inch carry that sub-brand. TriMA models share the Mobot service channel and parts ecosystem, so a TriMA owner is also a Mobot owner for support purposes.
What made Mobot sticky in Malaysia is the parts depth and the upgrade path. The Leader’s external battery is available as a stand-alone SKU, so a Leader owner who needs more range can add the second pack without buying a new e-bike. The L1-1 throttle, the L1-1 frame assembly, the Freedom 5S rim, the Freedom 5S charger, and the 10×2.25 CST tube tire are all in MY stock. The used unit program — covering ORCA, Dynamic, Leader, and S3 — gives first-time Mobot owners a real second-hand entry point. For a household covering a daily commuter, an apartment e-scooter rider, and a family member who needs assisted mobility, one Mobot workshop handles all three.
