Anand Kumar –
Is the 33000 km mark for carbon belt replacement fixed or could it possibly last longer with good maintenance? Overall very satisfied with the bike’s performance.
Mark Capili –
Dear Anand Kumar, Thank you for your positive feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the Engwe P20 Folding Ebike. Regarding the 33000km mark for the carbon belt, it’s more of a general guideline rather than a fixed rule. With proper care and maintenance, it’s possible for the belt to last longer. We would still recommend a check-up around the 33000km mark to ensure your ebike is performing optimally. Safe riding!

I’m in love with this ebike. It’s extremely handy, folds up easily, and the speed is just right for city rides. The battery life lasts me through a whole day. It’s an investment that I’ll recommend.
Sarah Tan –
The battery life stated here, is it tested on a fully flat surface? How does it perform on uphill routes?
Mark Capili –
Hello Sarah Tan, thank you for your review. The battery life is indeed tested on flat surfaces. For uphill routes, the performance could vary depending on the steepness of the hill, as the motor and battery work harder to maintain speed. However, the Engwe P20 is equipped with a 250W Brushless Motor that should manage inclines quite well. Please be reminded to regularly check your battery to ensure optimal performance. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Incredible build quality from this brand. The ebike feels sturdy and well-made. This is without a doubt a durable commuting option. Wish I could ride it forever!

This ebike has made my life so much easier, from avoiding traffic to reducing my overall travel time. The removable battery feature is a really useful and thoughtful design. Worth every penny and more, highly recommended.
Emily Tan –
I’m absolutely loving my new Engwe P20 Folding Ebike! The range is impressive, and the throttle response is so smooth. I’ve been able to tackle some pretty steep hills with ease. One thing that’s a bit of a letdown is the lack of suspension – it can get a bit bumpy on rough terrain. But overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. 4.5/5
Daniel Wong –
I’m really impressed with the build quality of my Engwe P20 Folding Ebike. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the adjustable seat post is a great touch. The LCD display is also super handy for keeping track of your ride stats. One thing I’d like to see improved is the rear light – it’s a bit dim in low-light conditions. Overall, I’m really happy with this ebike!
Samantha Leong –
I’ve had my Engwe P20 Folding Ebike for a few weeks now, and I’m still getting used to the torque sensor. It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s actually really fun! The folding design is also super convenient – I can easily stash it in my apartment or take it on public transport. One thing that’s a bit concerning is the weight – it’s not the lightest ebike out there.
Kevin Chua –
What’s up with the lack of suspension?! I thought this was supposed to be a high-end ebike, but it handles like a cheap scooter on rough terrain. The range is decent, but I’m still not convinced that this thing is worth the price.
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our Engwe P20 Folding Ebike, Kevin Chua. We apologize that the lack of suspension has affected your riding experience. Unfortunately, we did not design this e-bike with suspension as it is a folding ebike and we prioritized compactness and lightness over suspension. However, we understand how important suspension can be for some users. If you’re looking for an e-bike with better handling on rough terrain, we’d be happy to help you find one that suits your needs. As for the range, it’s great to hear that you’ve been able to achieve decent distances. We appreciate your honest feedback and would like to offer you a more detailed explanation of our design choices if you’re interested.

I’ve been eyeing the Engwe P20 Folding Ebike for a while, and I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger. The foldable design is genius – it’s so easy to stash in my car or take on public transport. And the LCD display is super handy for keeping track of your ride stats. One thing that’s a bit unclear is the warranty – can someone please clarify how long this thing is actually covered?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your great review, Amanda! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the Engwe P20 Folding Ebike’s foldable design and LCD display. Regarding the warranty, we’d be happy to clarify. The 1 Year Warranty on this product covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
James Tan –
Is it just me, or does the Engwe P20 Folding Ebike feel a bit… cheap?! I mean, it looks great and all, but there are some pretty obvious cost-cutting measures going on. That said, the range is decent, and the throttle response is smooth. But I’m not convinced that this thing is worth the price.
Imran Hanafiah –
